Mr. RISHI RONOOWAH

M. Rishi Ronoowah est titulaire d'un diplôme en économie de l'Université de Maurice et d'un MBA de l'Université de Leicester. Il est membre de l'Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) et du Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (MCILT). Il possède une expérience professionnelle dans les domaines de l'audit, du commerce international, du conseil, du transport maritime et de la logistique. Ses domaines d'expertise sont la comptabilité, la finance d'entreprise, la gouvernance d'entreprise, l'administration et le développement des affaires, la planification stratégique, la gestion de projet, la restructuration organisationnelle et le secrétariat corporatif.
MR KIRTEESINGH GEERAWOR

Mr Kirteesingh (Ashley) GEERAWOR has over 15 years of experience in the Global Business spectrum. During that time, he has gathered an in-depth knowledge of Fund/Company formation, administration and has been exposed to the main areas of the financial services industry including, but not limited to, legal, tax compliance/ structuring, accounting, administration, corporate secretarial and AML/CFT.
Ashley est titulaire d'un BSc (First Class Honours with Distinction) en investissement et gestion des risques financiers de la CASS Business School, City University, LONDRES et membre de l'Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Il est membre de l'Institut mauricien des comptables professionnels.
Ashley est également MLRO adjoint de St Lawrence Management Limited et agit en tant qu'administrateur d'un certain nombre de sociétés commerciales mondiales, de sociétés de licences de services financiers et de sociétés nationales.
Ms. DEVINA TAJOO
Manager- Business Development
Devina Tajoo a rejoint St Lawrence Management Limited en 2010. Elle est actuellement directrice adjointe du département de création et est chargée de superviser la création et la reprise de différents types d'entités. Elle assiste également ses clients dans leurs besoins en matière de différents types de licences d'exploitation à Maurice.
Avant de rejoindre St Lawrence Management Limited, Devina a été consultante principale pendant 5 ans chez Nexia Consulting Limited. Elle est titulaire d'un diplôme en gestion de l'Université de Maurice et a obtenu ses qualifications de l'Association of Chartered Certified Accountants en 2017.
Devina est également MLRO adjoint de St Lawrence Management Limited et agit en tant que directeur de plusieurs sociétés commerciales mondiales.
Mrs. ROHEENEE BHEERGOONATH
Responsable Conformité et MLRO
Roheenee BHEERGOONATH is the Head of Compliance of St Lawrence Management Limited with the responsibility of leading the compliance team and overseeing the overall compliance function of the company. She is also the Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Prior to joining St Lawrence Management Limited in 2018, Roheenee had worked at SANNE Mauritius (formerly known as “International Financial Services Limited”) for over 5 years in the operation team.
Roheenee is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
