Anuradha Ramphul
Executive Chairperson
Anuradha Ramphul is the executive chairperson of St Lawrence Management Limited. Anuradha is a Lawyer, called to the Bar of England and Wales as a member of the Middle Temple in 2006. She obtained her Law Degree from the University of Kent. In 2008 she was called to the Mauritius Bar. She is an international financial services practitioner since having been called to the Bar of Mauritius, specialising in offshore company, foundation and trust structuring, formation and administration. Anuradha is a member of the Mauritius Bar Association and sits as a member on the Industrial Property Tribunal.

Bishwarnath (Bob) Bachun
Managing Director
Bob is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK. He has 36 years of experience in banking, auditing and management of companies including administration and set up of Funds. He started his career in the 2nd biggest bank in Mauritius where he spent 8 years. He had been a senior auditor for a large Accountancy firm and had worked on assignment in Africa for World Bank and International Monetary Fund. He was previously head of department at Deutsch Bank (Mauritius & Jersey) and Manager at International Financial Services Ltd (now Sanne Mauritius). He was until March 2019 the Executive Director of Mauritius International Trust Company Limited (MITCO), a subsidiary of CIEL Group. He is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He was a member of the executive committee of the Association of Trust and Management Companies in Mauritius for more than 10 years. He is the Managing Director of St Lawrence Management Limited and also sits on the Board of other companies in Mauritius and abroad as an independent director.

Vikash-R Tulsidas
Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr Vikash-R Tulsidas is a graduate from the University of Warwick, UK. He joined AXYS Group in 2004. He was the Managing Director of AXYS Stockbroking Ltd from 2004 until end 2016 and specialised in trading on stock markets both locally and internationally. He is a licensed Investment Advisor by the Financial Services Commission (FSC). He was appointed Director of SPICE on 29 October 2013 and since the 1st of February 2017 he is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. With his experience in Capital Markets, Mr Tulsidas has served as a non-executive director on several entities with AXYS Group. He was an active member of the executive committee of the Port-Louis Stockbroking Association until end 2016. He has been a member on the Board of directors of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) for 9 years until December 2016 and a Director of the Central Depository & Settlement (CDS) for 8 years. He was the Chairman of the CDS for 3 years until December 2016. He currently sits on the Index Management Committee of the SEM and the Business Conduct Committee of the CDS. Prior to joining AXYS, Mr Tulsidas has also worked as an analyst in the Marketing and Economic Studies department of a leading Accounting firm for two years.
