Dr. RISHI RONOOWAH
Senior Manager- Strategic Planning and Office Administration
Dr Rishi RONOOWAH holds a degree in Economics from the University of Mauritius, an MBA from the University of Leicester and a PhD. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (MCILT). He has working experience in audit, global business, consultancy, shipping and logistics services. His areas of expertise are accounting, corporate finance, corporate governance, business administration and development, strategic planning, project management, organizational restructuring, and corporate secretary.
Mr. KIRTEESINGH GEERAWOR
Associate Director of Operations and DMLRO
Mr Kirteesingh (Ashley) GEERAWOR has over 15 years of experience in the Global Business spectrum. During that time, he has gathered an in-depth knowledge of Fund/Company formation, administration and has been exposed to the main areas of the financial services industry including, but not limited to, legal, tax compliance/ structuring, accounting, administration, corporate secretarial and AML/CFT.
Ashley is a holder of a BSc (First Class Honours with Distinction) in Investment and Financial Risk Management from CASS Business School, City University, LONDON and a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants.
Ashley also serves as Deputy MLRO of St Lawrence Management Limited and acts as director on a number of global business companies, financial services licence companies and domestic companies.
Ms. DEVINA TAJOO
Manager- Business Development
Devina TAJOO joined St Lawrence Management Limited in 2010. She is currently the Assistant Manager of the Set-Up department and is responsible to oversee the set up and take over of different types of entities. She also assists clients in their requirements for various types of operating licences in Mauritius.
Prior to joining St Lawrence Management Limited, Devina was a Senior Consultant for 5 years at Nexia Consulting Limited. She holds a degree in Management from the University of Mauritius and completed her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualifications in 2017.
Devina also serves as Deputy MLRO of St Lawrence Management Limited and acts as director on several global business companies.
Mrs. ROHEENEE BHEERGOONATH
Head of Compliance and MLRO
Roheenee BHEERGOONATH is the Head of Compliance of St Lawrence Management Limited with the responsibility of leading the compliance team and overseeing the overall compliance function of the company. She is also the Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Prior to joining St Lawrence Management Limited in 2018, Roheenee had worked at SANNE Mauritius (formerly known as “International Financial Services Limited”) for over 5 years in the operation team.
Roheenee is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
